We provide professional painting and decorating services as agreed with the client in writing (quote, email, or message).
All quotations are:

• Subject to inspection
• Valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise

3. Bookings & Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may result in additional charges
  Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations should be made as early as possible
• Late cancellations may incur costs for materials or lost time

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide safe access to the property
• Remove or protect valuables where possible
• Ensure utilities (electricity/water) are available if required
• We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or unsafe conditions.

6. Workmanship & Materials

• We aim to deliver high-quality workmanship
• Any concerns must be raised as soon as reasonably possible
• Materials supplied remain our property until fully paid for

7. Liability

While we take all reasonable care:

• We are not liable for pre-existing defects
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by Irish law.

8. Website Use

You may not:

• Copy website content without permission
• Use the site for unlawful purposes

We make no guarantees that the website will always be available or error-free.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
